Debezium: debezium + mongodb debezium + mysql debezium + postgresql (undone)

Direct CDC: mysql CDC postgresql CDC

TiDB CDC

Only have insert queries into the base tables right now.

Besides, for PG, all the data types supported by RW can take such data type input from PG.

For Mysql, TiDB is compatible with Mysql, we can refer to TiDB case since the TiDB is being enhanced.
