Dynamic Bone system wrongly assumes that all bones are valid at all times.
Thus: Fix: Make sure they are before doing things with them.
Reproducible Test I used was: Go to Bazaar,with/get Ben's Raincoat -> Teleport Out/Lose Item while falling.(Specifically through debug toolkit: lategame -> give_item bensraincoat -> jump off -> lategame
