Delete old content #39

After a discussion with @jenniferward:

There are a number of files in the "other" languages that don't match up with the files in the "en" folder. The ones in the "en" should be considered the complete list of files, so all the other files in the other languages that do not have a corresponding one in the "en" folder should be deleted.

'twould be good to automate this check...
