Display of field 100$c #1540

Could the field 100$c be displayed both in the list view and in the list in field 700 (Sources)? E.g. in round brackets, after the name. This would make it easier to distinguish between otherwise identical names.

Kinda hacky, but if it is not too slow in production is shoud be OK (@jenniferward for you to test!)
