Muscat MARC export should include leader #1614

The Muscat MARC export (available from folder view) exports records that do not contain the leader. Can this line be included? It contains important information about the template, and MarcEdit won't process the file correctly without it.

I cannot really include the leader since there is no leader in Muscat MARC... I can make the records "external" but this then will export the same stuff as XML
