Problem: These are COL with incipits. I believe these are mostly German records containing insertions that were cataloged correctly in Kallisto in the following structure: Manuscript collection parent record contains incipits for the entire opera, and a child record contains a record for the insertion. Today, we would do it differently: One record for the opera and one record for the insertion, both linked to a parent record.
Proposed solution: (1) Fix by hand by the ZR or give to the national groups to fix.
(2) A pattern was detected for a subset of the records (176 records) where it looks like the records could simply be changed to MSR template.
Action: (1) Sometimes in the ZR we chip away at these, but it's not a priority. I don't know if we have asked D specifically to work on them.

Complicated, tedious to do by hand, and ZR cannot ask catalogers to do this work.
These are 176 records (as of 2021) in ticket https://github.com/rism-digital/muscat/pull/940 in COL template that have no child records and can have their templates changed from COL to MSR. SH will implement ticket https://github.com/rism-digital/muscat/pull/940 for the records that have not been changed in the meantime. Someone will also need to check what fields need to be edited after the change (in case changing these 176 triggers other validation errors).
