Description in the outflow command of the UG #9

Open rismm opened 7 months ago

The description here could confuse users as I am not adding item quantities using outflow, instead I am reducing item quantities. I am also unsure of what it means to "add a new product" when I am using the outflow command. Below is a snippet of the UG of the description that I am talking about.

Team's Response

To address your concern, we added this note here as this warning feature is part of the outflow command feature.

Secondly, if we were to add it right at the start of the UG (perhaps at the "new" section), and new users a reading our guide from top to bottom (highly likely), would they have understood what the outflow does and what what this warning is about?

The main purpose of this note is just to warn users that, even if you added a product with low quantity intentionally, the warning will still be triggered.

As little backstory: For previous dry runs, we have testers saying "when I add a new product with quantity less than 20, the warning is raised, even though 20 is not considered low for that product". So, to prevent such misunderstanding, we decided to add this little note at this section

Hence, we still believe that it is reasonable to add this note here.
