[Feature Request] Option for Turbo speed #15

I've been playing GB games on iOS using Delta, and loved using the "Fast Forward" feature. It seems Peanut-GB allows a "Turbo" mode by hitting space bar. Would be great if this was exposed via the Playdate game menu.

Hi! I don't think it's possible, currently the emulator doesn't run at full speed.
