considerations:

should this happen for 1 chart or both of them at the same time? would there be a usecase for seeing both avg time/total time charts being sorted differently?

should the sort work on all analysis panels or just 1 at a time?

sort mode ideas:

• alpha
• earliest time
• value (of the bar)
• last updated time
