what to do if switch datasets while refreshing

think about what to do about this. when refreshing, still able to switch dataset

but when the refresh completes, which item should be refreshed, if any?

also, the refresh button keeps the word refreshing

ideas:

• place the button back to refresh, and cancel the auto reload
• prevent switching at all
