variables and basic data types
cpp
memory and program layout
diffs in lang paradigms
control structures, operators
I/O (printf, getchar, putchar, etc.)
history/evolution of PLs
structs
functions
arrays
pointers
dynamic storage (malloc, free, etc.)
strings
modular design and development
program maintenance

Another update! Yawar added an I/O question (specifically re: printf).

More updates. Now have questions covering: history/evolution of PLs, structs, functions, arrays.

As of right now, the only section that still needs a question is Program Maintenance, which is apparently referring to makefiles. I can work on that tomorrow if no one else gets to it. Can someone please look over my questions though?

Also, some of the other sections are still a bit slim. Adding some more questions to those sections would be nice.

I looked over your questions! They look good to me, but MoP isn't my forte.

Final edit: @solb added questions re: make files, so all that remains is the edit and fine-tune the exam.
