Update Sequelize CLI #87

Updates to following package(s) (fixing vulnerabilities): sequelize-cli 5.4.0 -> 5.5.0

Gotcha, I'll keep that one in. It seemed strange because I couldn't find a reference to it anywhere, but using the cli to generate that ejs template makes a lot of sense; Each commit handles a different dependency so I can just cherry pick them into separate branches.
