[JOSS] Example usage missing #5

Hi,

Per the JOSS guidelines, you should have the following:

Example usage: Do the authors include examples of how to use the software (ideally to solve real-world analysis problems).

I can't seem to find an example of how to use the software? You list some potential uses, but I think JOSS intends for you to demonstrate an example usage that we can follow as users (i.e. run this, do that, click this, drag that. etc).

I have added more explicit instructions to the Readme.md file in commit 8ae7611.
