If the message does not appear when you double-click the icon in the disk
image, try installing again from the disk image.
Have you checked the SHA1 and MD5 of the download? (See

What version of Tunnelblick are you using? (Please try Tunnelblick 3.4, the
current stable version.)
What version of OS X are you using?
Are you logged in as a standard user, or as an administrator?
When did the message **first** appear? (When you double-clicked the icon in the
disk image to do the original install of Tunnelblick, or only when you try to
launch Tunnelblick after you have successfully installed it?)
