Debug file in FalseDiscoveryRate #16

The FDR routine still produces a CSV file for debugging when running in normal 
operating mode. I would like to disable this, since we have a proper mzid2csv 
routine if we need it. If this file is needed for any other purposes, we could 
perhaps only write it out if verbose=true or something similar.
