Support for plural to singular conversion #1

Currently plural table names are converted to plural class names. Can an option 
be provided to convert plural table names to singular class names? There are 
utility classes that allow this conversion such as Java Inflector. In fact, a 
better way may be to give extension points for configuring such names in the 
templates itself.

I tried changing the name of the beans from the repo utility. However, it does 
not update the other linked class names.
