Changed MatchSong to use SongCore 2.9.7's new Loader.GetLevelByHash(string) function which significantly improves initial playlist loading performance.
Requires SongCore to be released with this PR.

SongCore v2.9.7 is in the BeatMods queue, so you should be able to upload using that version as a dependency. You can use this release to test https://github.com/Zingabopp/SongCore/releases/tag/2.9.7
