Patch to link call info functions to their full info #29

Attached is a simple patch that links the functions listed in the 'call
info' slide outs to the full details of those functions.

I find it very handy and it is a very simple change so I thought I'd submit it.

Noticed a little annoying issue with previous patch where it would close the 
call
info if it was already opened. Also it was scrolling the window to the top of 
the
function when you closed the call info, which was a little annoying.

Attached is a replacement patch that resolves those issues. Use this instead, 
rather
than applying the first.

It has been comitted in r146 and will be available in the next release 1.0
