Update NSX #3

NSX needs to be updated from version 6.3.2 Build 5672532. The upgrade bundle for 6.4.1.8599035 has already been uploaded to the NSX Manager.

Sub Tasks

Is this a compatible upgrade path?
Are there any pre-requirements that must be in place?
Best practice / supported way to upgrade NSX
- Upgrade needs to be done without NSX downtime if possible

Deliverables

Report + plan of upgrade
Process should be documented so it can be roughly repeated when the next upgrade must occur
Pre-requirements that must be done before upgrade
