Update the openstack-ansible to use new Glance configs

The current Glance configs are manually edited with the incorrect ceph pool for image storage.

Tasks

[x] Update the glance config with the new glance_rbd_store_pool: glance-ssd
[x] Create a merge request
[x] Pull down the updated ansible on mgmt01
[x] Ensure it is safe to take down the glance service
[x] Deploy the openstack ansible
[x] Ensure Glance is running again
