[ ] Render paid content in a similar manner as regular petition cards on homepage.
[ ] Explore inserting paid content into e-mail notifications.
[ ] Create an administrative area for managing paid content.

This concept was killed in internal discussions because leadership feared that it would cheapen PawPrints.
