Might as well just merge this because I already published it. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I changed the spacing for ps inside messages. Also, I changed the way we don't show a header. Now someone will need to specify none in the value for data-header. So data-header="none" will show a message with no heading.

Instead of refactoring every message, let's alter the approach here.

remove message__heading entirely - we've burnt ourselves on these consistently!
paragraph spacing, try p + p to address bottom margins.
data-header="none" where we can actively style against none.
