Fixed #21

The changes made are as follows:

CONTRIBUTING.md linked to the main README.md file.
Dynamic badges like open PRs, contributors, forks etc added.
Gifs added.
Screenshot added wherever for illustration.
Detailed Git flow added to make contribution easier.
A lot of emojis added for further beautification.
Open Source section also added to let the contributors know about DWoC.

Hey! Thanks for merging! As you can see in the provided screenshot, I expected the gif to be center-aligned. Everything is perfect but the last gif and Happy Coding is not aligned properly. I would like to make a change and align it in the center. Should I open a new issue for this? I will quickly edit that one part😅👍
