No "Go Live" button for Live Server extension on Visual Studio Code desktop app (Win10). #927

Issue Type: Bug

I just downloaded and installed Visual Studio Code for the first time at the suggestion of our teacher, and we need to use the 'Live Server' extension, but whilst this is showing as "Installed", the "Go Live" button that we've been told to expect is nowhere to be found. Online attempts at troubleshooting have proven fruitless/unhelpful (mainly because I don't know/understand what I'm looking at in the way of "help").

Extension version: 5.6.1 VS Code version: Code 1.47.0 (d5e9aa0227e057a60c82568bf31c04730dc15dcd, 2020-07-09T08:02:06.629Z) OS version: Windows_NT x64 10.0.18362
