Detect tts #95

I made a small adaptation to detect which TTS program is installed (say or espeak ) and use it in the Virtual Assistant. This way is easier to run this Assistant on other distros.

@mcavazotti Did you tried running it? Is it working properly? Sorry but i don't have a Linux system right now due to being away from my City. I have access to MAC and Remote linux workstation only.

I ran it on Manjaro (btw, that's what motivated me to do this, I couldn't run it at first). I didn't test every single feature, but that's not a change that could break some thing
