The link in the header/banner of your website (ex at top of page here: https://embedjs.readme.io/docs) leads to a 404. The link is currently http://riteshkr.com/embed.js.

The example on Documentation not working too, js file is missing

those versions are dprecated. check the documentation on github itself for v5. The latest demo is working fine.
