Hide default scrollbar flashing during resize #253

Steps to reproduce:

add few torrents
resize the window from right
you will see the default white coloured scrollbar flashing while resizing in the horizonatal direction.

This should be CSS issue.

I tested it on Linux and I was able to reproduce this bug.

I will be working on this issue and update my progress as soon as I can.

After reading the discussion on this issue about a similar problem, I've noticed that one of the maintainers of the SimpleBar project recommends to remove any conflicting or buggy CSS that could be glitching the component.

With a little bit of investigation, I've found the problematic CSS and removed it.
