Looks interesting, as you mention on the issue page, we should get it in f-droid. I'm happy to see either app in that repo and working well. Is @riul88 developing this software further?

call-recorder-for-android is available in F-Droid.

From what I see, @riul88 has forked call-recorder-for-android to work with Android > 4.1.0.
