I have one error (windows version). Mainmenu -> font -> change size and optimize height, on click show same window (change size) :(

This is not an error. "Change size" shows dialog with 0,0,0,0 default values. "Optimize height" shows dialog with calculated values, number of wasted pixels of selected characters. https://code.google.com/p/lcd-image-converter/wiki/FontEditorMinimizeHeight
