Feature Request: Windows Mover & Resizer #221

Much like this, @realBarRaider has coded this feature for StreamDeck. Not sure how applicable it would be here, but it's a really neat feature for when you're launching your streaming setup! https://twitter.com/elgatogaming/status/1149463021548257281

For the time being, I will focus on extension-kit development, so no more feature for future release. But maybe I or someone else like to create the extension for this feature. Maybe if someone else is interested, this node module might be the start point.
