Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Integrate Discord with Deckboard

Describe the solution you'd like The ability to perform functions in Discord like:

• Post a formatted message or embed to a selected channel
• Enable/Disable Push to Talk
• Connect or Disconnect from a selected Discord Voice Channel
• Turn on or off the Discord Overlay

Describe alternatives you've considered For turning on/off the overlay, a Keybind can be used. The remaining features are not bound other than disconnecting from voice.
