[FEATURE REQUEST] OBS Audio Source Filter Toggle #930

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Deckboard OBS Filter toggle seems to only poll OBS for the Source Filters and not the Audio filters found by right-clicking in the Audio Mixer portion of OBS

Describe the solution you'd like I have OBS Filters directly on the audio sources that I would like to be able to toggle from Deckboard. Two use cases are Audio Effect toggling as well as Volume Up and Down Move Value filters on my music source for smooth volume transitions.

Describe alternatives you've considered For now, I am writing the toggle filter actions in Streamer.Bot and triggering them via Deckboard Streamer.Bot extension. Not a big deal but an extra point of failure, I would prefer to do as much as possible natively from Deckboard.

I have always loved Deckboard and now that I've switched most of my Automations to Streamer.Bot and discovered there was a Deckboard extension, I now have so many more ways to use it. I hope we can keep supporting development of this fantastic software.

Current set-up is Deckboard 2.0.55, OBS 27.2.4 64bit (Not ready for 28 migration yet), and Streamer.Bot 0.1.14

I also have the same issue with Filters applied directly to Scenes as well, using the same intermediate fix via Streamer.bot
