Animated icon and png icon #972

When we put animated gif on all buttons, the phone freezes a lot and takes a long time to load. Even the iphone freezes on the device.

Suggestion : For example, when we add a png background, the icon part does not appear. Isn't there a chance to put the png background behind the icon?
