Describe the bug Voicemeeter toggles only toggle off not on.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Install voicemeeter extension and voicemeeter
make a button with "Toggle Strip Parameter" action
Fill in the info you want
See the bug

Expected behavior It's supposed to toggle on and off rather than only off.

Video If applicable, add screenshots to help explain your problem.

OS: Windows 11 23H2
Version: 3.0.1

Client App (please complete the following information):

OS: Android 14
Version: 1.9.80
