Pull to Refresh Example Not working on IOS 17 #14

The project loads but the list is not refreshable. Any thoughts on why this doesnt work?

@timelery This solution only works on iOS 15, I only found the problem is in the scroll view, it causes the content to continuously be rendered making it unable to calculate the height
