When applicable, update the scripts within https://github.com/river-corridors-sfa/rcsfa-data_processing_for_publication/tree/main/Data_Package_ESS-DIVE/create_ESS-DIVE_landing_page with James' info.

Currently, Tim's info is hard coded into the scripts.
