SD card data corruption.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load SaveGame Manager GX with the HBC.
2. Navigate through the menus.
3. Garbage directories with weird names and graphical glitches start to appear 
randomly, and you can no longer get out of the application with the Exit menu.
4. Do a hard reset.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should work OK, but it clearly doesn't. Don't know the reason.

After that, I loaded the HBC again, and to my surprise my apps were no longer 
present in the SD (heck, I actually lost all my data). I'm still trying to 
recover everything.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r113, with cIOS d2x v6, according to the intro screen. The "<no_ios_reload/>" 
tag was present in the meta.xml file (I used the official build).

Please provide any additional information below.
I wasn't using any themes, just the Spanish language file and the wiitdb.xml. 
Most of the options in the Settings menu were customized to suit my needs.

Please note that I didn't do any save/Mii backup/restore when that happened; I 
was just testing the application.

SD model: Imation 2GB.
