Can't uninstall uxstyle in Windows 10 Creators Update #49

image This error shows up when I try to delete uxstyle I already deleted uxstyle and unassigned themes services. But I can't uninstall the actual program,

Same problem. This is preventing update to 1709 (Creators Fall Update) Anyone?
