Considering that the supported tools are either not sold anymore or not supported, are there any plans to get cc2531 to work with more than just sniffing?

There is a firmware for the cc2531 that virtualabs developed that does injection https://github.com/virtualabs/cc2531-killerbee-fw I haven't personally used it yet, but will try and find time to play with it and ensure it is compatible with this version of killerbee as well.
