Infrastructure Ready

The elasticsearch infrastructure is ready, see the issue ticket. However, we may also need Django as a middleware to query elasticsearch. Frontend might not be able to query elasticsearch directly.

For this we're thinking a bit big - incorporate elastic search in the play. It might be a big effort so be aware. Unless it feels fun.
