Consider not letting user input link description

After all, if it's a job description link, shouldn't need to write more about the description. After all, it's just an icon button to display.

Several ideas to approach this issue

While a description might be redundant when looking at the UI and use case, for sake of record and accessibility, we probably still need it.

However, the icon could be improved. Currently it's hard to know what the globe and link icon represents for.
