Table of contents for rich editor #78

The rich editor allows quickly styling text as headings.

When the content gets larger, one can easily get loss. Would be great to have a auto-genenerated table of contents based on the headings already in the text.

Needs support from ckeditor5 https://github.com/ckeditor/ckeditor5/issues/966.
