phoenix version 1.4.0-rc.2 - (2.0.0-alpha.3) requires ~> phoenix 1.3.0 #84

Failed to use "phoenix" (version 1.4.0-rc.2) because
  phauxth (version 2.0.0-alpha.3) requires ~> 1.3.0
  phoenix_live_reload (version 1.2.0-rc.0) requires ~> 1.4-rc
  mix.lock specifies 1.4.0-rc.2

Have we identified any incompatibilities with the phoenix 1.4.0?
