banned tracks #86

similar to how Banned Genres work by displaying artists in your spotkin to ban, let's add that same feature to Banned Songs. So a list of all your songs in your spotkin in alphabetical order comes up for you to select to ban.

@KCreek1 Rivers wanted to see if you'd want to try tackling this, but take a look and let me know if maybe getting everything set up is too difficult.

@taylorlee3 I will definitely take a look. It may be a little ahead of where I am skill wise. But I will look at it this weekend and let you know for sure if I think I can do it or not.

I looked it over. It seems I would need to create a new banned tracks bottom sheet and then update the associated function in setting management screen. Which I should be able to follow the framework that is in banned genres.

I'm still looking at how I would test it to make sure it works correctly so I don't create a mess. Here's my inexperience showing.
