Connect to quickbooks to determine if member is current

Since Quickbooks knows if a member is current, the victoria-club api needs to connect to it to determine whether a member is current or not.

Here is a link to the API explorer for QBO:

Some thoughts:

We'll need a new field in the parse DB to hold the id of the member in QBO so that we can link the data in parse to QBO
This data should be retrieved in the GET /api/v0/users/{id}/show.json and the GET /api/v0/users.json routes
