Send an email to current members when a new member signs up

This should have some basic information so the current members can contact them and welcome them. Also, this helps with the accountant to get them on the quickbooks

We should integrate the nodejs sendgrid library I know some guys that have experience with it.

I really think that there should be a few emails like this that need to be setup.

also once we get the rfid stuff pretty well sorted out we can email members that never checkins, like " Hey IOer where have you been?"
