Deletion of files fails in local sync #132

If Folder A and Folder B are synced with intermediate Folder C, delete files 
in Folder A, the data.md is updated in C. But after sync with Folder B, these 
deleted files are not deleted in B but copied over to Folder C. 

The problem should be the issue with the updated data.md file when after 
deleting files in A and sync with intermediate file.

It is due to design problem. I didn't understand the log when ask.
