OneSync crashing on French Windows 7 x64 #153

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install 0neSync 3 with latest installer
2. Launch for the first time to choose language
3. When relaunching OneSync crashes

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
OneSync should open its main Window, crashes instead.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OneSync v3, Windows 7 x64 French

Please provide any additional information below.
After downloading sources & debugging lauch sequence, it appears the way the 
.NET framework version check is faulty. Installed versions are retrieved from 
registry. Then an attempt is made to convert last version string in list into a 
double with Convert.ToDouble(...).
This function, being sensitive to international settings, will fail on any 
system not unsing . (dot) as a decimal separator.
Moreover, it will fail in case of more complex version number (eg v2.0.50727)

Same goes for me. Downloaded the installer of OneSync 3, installed. Selected 
English and confirmed to restart. When I run it, just crashes at start. Using 
Windows 7 64bit PL *sigh*
