Quit Job button active or inactive during syncing? #66

During a sync the Quit Job button should appear inactive if it's not meant to 
be clicked...as it's using the hyperlink style, maybe it should be greyed 
out? What's more, clicking on the X button of the window actually allows us 
to quit the job halfway, so the Quit Job link is quite misleading
