Module V5.0.0a1003 Vassal V3.7.12 Scenario Utiza

Test game a1003: FT17 R GR prompted to ignore too many flags. Was next to R-LDR attached to another R-GR. Retreat phase: 2 flags/retreats. 2 flags may be ignored. ***

Failed to replicate in a similar test - same scenario, units and with a single attached leader/unit adjacent to the retreating unit.
